By using ToolifyApps ("the site", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. They are plain-English and short on purpose.

What we offer

ToolifyApps provides a collection of free, browser-based utilities — hashtag generators, SEO tools, image editors, file converters, code formatters, calculators and similar tools. The tools run entirely in your browser. We do not provide an API, paid plans, or any service backed by a server that stores your data.

Free and as-is

All tools are provided free of charge and "as-is". We don't guarantee:

• That any tool is 100% accurate. Always verify important outputs (e.g. legal, medical, or financial calculations) with a professional.
• That the site is always available. We do our best, but outages happen.
• That any tool will continue to exist or work the same way forever. Tools may be updated, replaced, or removed.

You use the tools at your own discretion and risk. We are not liable for any loss arising from the use or inability to use the site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

What you can and can't do

You may:

• Use any tool on the site for any lawful purpose — personal, commercial, or educational.
• Share links to our tools and articles.
• Embed our QR codes, CV builder output, or other tool-generated content in your own work without attribution.

You may not:

• Use any tool to process content you are not legally entitled to (copyrighted material without permission, private data without consent, etc.).
• Attempt to overload the site with automated traffic or denial-of-service attacks.
• Reverse-engineer the site for the purpose of cloning the entire offering.
• Use the site to commit fraud, harassment, or any other illegal activity.

Your content

Text, files, and images you put into our tools are yours, always. We do not see them, do not store them, and do not claim any rights to them. The tools process your content in your browser; the outputs (e.g. a downloaded PDF or compressed image) are yours to use however you like.

Third-party content and links

Some tools work with third-party content — for example, the YouTube Thumbnail Downloader pulls images from YouTube's CDN. Your use of that content is subject to the third party's own terms (in this example, YouTube's). We don't control or endorse third-party content.

Intellectual property

The ToolifyApps name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of ToolifyApps. The content of our blog posts and articles is copyrighted and may not be reproduced in full without permission. Short quotations with attribution and a link back are welcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolifyApps and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ToolifyApps is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
