What helps us help you
When sending a bug report, please include:
- Which tool: e.g. "Instagram Hashtag Generator at
/instagram-hashtag-generator". - What you tried: input value(s), settings, the action you took.
- What happened vs. what you expected.
- Browser and OS: e.g. "Chrome 138 on Windows 11" or "Safari 18 on iPhone 15".
- A screenshot if the issue is visual.
What we won't help with
To be upfront — we don't:
- Take paid promotion or "sponsored" tools that aren't genuinely useful.
- Provide individual customer support for tasks that aren't site-related (e.g. "how do I edit a Word document").
- Process content removal requests for third-party content (e.g. a YouTube thumbnail you don't like) — that's the third party's responsibility.
Privacy of your messages
Emails sent to us are kept private. We don't share them with any third party. We keep messages only as long as needed to respond and then archive or delete them. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
